Tuna Salad
Avocado mayo
1 can tuna
1 chopped boiled egg
2 dill pickles spears (bonus- homemade pickles)
pinch of salt

Drain tuna.  Add in pickle and egg. Stir in mayo to desired mayo-ness.  Season with salt as needed.

Avocado Mayo

1 egg
1 cup avocado oil
pinch of salt
2 tsp lemon juice

Put all ingredients in a tall wide mouth container.  Blend with a stick blender until you have mayo.
