tomorrow is vegan day again and i am not prepared. sigh. i guess i need to plan my food for the day a little better. i definitely do better when there is a plan!

one corn tortilla, 1/4 cup roasted pork
felt like i had too much earlier, plus my stomach hurt- really didn't eat much dinner
i feel very tired tonight and might go to bed early...... (on a plus note- down another pound)
